We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to display information about your organization at the General Assembly. Below are guidelines, details on exhibit space, rental rates and an application form. Please complete and submit the Exhibitor Application Form by May 1st, 2008. Kindly note that applications are subject to approval by the GA program committee.

 

GUIDELINES

    - Deadline for submitting Exhibitor Application Form is May 1st, 2008.
    -
      Staff of exhibiting organization must be registered delegates to the General Assembly.  
     
      Registration fees must be paid in full by August 1, 2008 (only refund 60% of full fee after August 31, 2008)
    - Display space rental fee must be paid in full by June 1, 2008 (non-refundable after August 31, 2008)
    -
      The name of your organization must be clearly displayed at your exhibit.

     

    EXHIBIT SPACE

     

     

     

     

    Exhibition display area is highlighted in orange on the floor plan above.  The two areas are Area A - Lobby and Area B - Hallway.  Please state your preference in the form below but note that allocation of space is based availability at the time of your application.  You are encouraged to book early for the best chance to get your preferred location.   

     

    RENTAL RATES

    The following rates include skirting for the table, folding chairs and security guards during from 8AM – 6PM daily. 

    Table Size: Depth35.5” x Width71” x Height29” (D90cm x W181cm x H75cm)

     

    Rates for WEA Members: $250 USD per table
      $100 USD per additional table
    Rates for Non-Members: $500 USD
      $200 USD per additional table
