Welcome to GA2008 Registration
This General Assembly comes at an important time for the global evangelical community. Much has happened in the world since our last assembly in 2001. It is critical that leaders of our national evangelical alliances, commissions, associate members and global partners come together for training, vision building and strategic networking.
Who is eligible to register?
The WEA General Assembly is a by invitation only event. Conference space is reserved for member organizations of the WEA including National Evangelical Alliances, Global Partners, Associates, Commissions and a select group special guests who are personally invited by the International Director

Donations
Donations to the General Assembly Sponsorship Fund are being accepted during registration. This Fund is credited to help assist qualified participants from national evangelical alliances to attend the General Assembly. Funding will be made available to applicants who qualify for financial assistance based on individual needs. WEA will evaluate each applicant within the context of the complete group with pre-established criteria for diversity in representation. Please prayerfully consider your gift. Rates
Prices are all in USD. The cost for participating in the conference includes 5 nights' accommodation, full board from dinner on October 25th to lunch on October 30th, 2008, coffee breaks, training course materials, Thai cultural show and airport transfers.
Option 1 (Shared Room) - FULL PAYMENT $900 DUE NOW
Option 2 (Single Room) - FULL PAYMENT $1125 DUE NOW
Option 3 (With Spouse * ) - FULL PAYMENT $1325 DUE NOW
* Single room occupancy per couple - only room, meals, transportation (airport <-> hotel) and cultural show for spouse included in this rate.
**If you have a room-mate preference, please arrange with him/her before registering. Then state your request during the registration process on the comment section. We are not able to guarantee the arrangement but will do our best to comply.
Refund Policy
Now to July 31 - retain $50
August 1-31 - retain $150
September 1-30 - retain 40% of fee paid
October onwards - no refrund
Please ensure that you have appropriate travel and medical insurance. The WEA is not responsible for medical expenses incurred during your stay in Thailand
Once you have registered and finalized your travel arrangements, please forward your FLIGHT ITINERARY and copy of ENTRY VISA (if applicable) to ga2008@worldevangelicals.org
